Okay, first of let me say that this film is really, really stupid. I mean it's a Happy Madison production so you can't expect much. But there are some really, really funny and random moments scattered through all the gibberish and overacting.
If in a silly mood and with a group of friends this movie could generate some big laughs. Also - a great way to end a movie when you don't have a wrap-it-all-up-nicely resolution.
