Review of Strange Wilderness (2008) by Molly W — 04 Nov 2009

This is insane. How can there be so many wildly varying opinions on one movie? Sure it's mindless, but there are insanely funny parts throughout the entire movie, including giant set pieces and small, very subtle, and smart stuff that goes by so fast, it's hard to catch it all.

I understand some people saying it's not their cup of tea, but others seem to catch the randomness of it, and also seem to understand this is a really really low budget movie that had more laughs in it than many big mainstream comedies.

The clips that Jeff Garlin shows in his office to Zahn and Covert are worth the whole price of a rental alone.
