Review of Strange Days (1995) by Eric B — 19 Jan 2009
I've had this movie in the back of mind as one I needed to get around to at some point, and it was well worth the watch. The surface story is basically a crime drama, but some of the themes floating in the background can reach pretty deep.
The relationship between Lenny and Mace is one of the best I've seen, though some of the other relationships and characters can get pretty cheesy. The movie can get graphic, so make sure you have the stomach for that before watching.
