Strange Days is Ralph Finnes best movie. Juliette Lewis, Tom Sizemore & Angela Bassett give memorable supporting roles. There is of course intriguing revelations in the plot and plenty of over the top, expectant action that add excitement to the film.
One of the top 10 films of 1995 easily.
