Edward Bunker's novel "No Beast So Fierce" gets the big screen treatment and is thankfully well handled. Dustin Hoffman gives one of his best performance, whilst the legend that is Harry Dean Stanton co-stars alongside Kathy Bates and Gary Busey.
An all round great film.
