Review of Straight Outta Compton (2015) by Anthony C — 20 Dec 2015

This is the best movie I've ever seen in my life. The actors playing Dr. Dre and Ice Cube (who is actually Ice Cube's son), definitely need to be nominated for Oscars and the movie/director need to be nominated as well. It is so well done - not only because it's an interesting topic, but also because you can feel the constant angst that African Americans probably experience when confronted by police and by ghetto circumstances.

Update: it's hard to believe this is being overlooked in awards season.
