Review of Straight Outta Compton (2015) by Dan M — 21 Feb 2016

This was a great film! I knew most of these stories separately, but I've never connected all of the dots. The influence of NWA and Dre and the whole crew (Snoop, 2Pas, etc.) is undeniable! The film was very well acted and executed.

I'd say this is one of the best Hip-Hop films of all time, along with Eminem's "8 Mile" and OutKast's "Idlewild"!
