Review of Straight Outta Compton (2015) by Jacob H — 14 Mar 2016

This movie was executed really well. You don't have to be an NWA fan to enjoy this flick.The acting was top notch and O'Shea Jr really is his father's son playing him with an air of not only intelligence but the gangster that so many had forgotten he once was.

Obviously the facts aren't 100% and things have been omitted but still the gist of the story remains and is an entertaining one to say the least. Wish we got more into the lives of MC Ren & DJ Yella, but time was of the essence I am sure.

While I know Suge Knight was an important player in this story I hated how much he was in the movie. He's such a scumbag but I get that's what we were supposed to feel.
