So....not sure if any spoilers but yes, You have to suspend disbelief for some of it but the space setting is not really the point. Its more about are all lives equal irrespective of what came before this point.
an interesting moral dilema and I agree Kendrick was outstanding but all of them were great. I loved it and the end spot on for rest of film.
