Not so great plot, legendary music. The songs and dances are performed by people who shaped what they did; Fats Waller, Cab Calloway, Lena Horne, Bill Robinson, (who got the not so easily accomplished achievement of greatest dancer of all time crowned by none of other then Fred Astaire himself.
