This movie is right up there with Rhinestone!!! Seeing Stallone in a Diaper is just as bad as hearing him sing (although the singing was actually pretty funny)...watching it makes you feel as if Stallone is poking fun at himeself and all the cop movies he made before this "Comedy" also taking a few comedic jabs at Schwarzenegger throughout.
Overall it had a few funny moments, better than Oscar and Avenging Angelo...not as good as Rhinestone!
