Review of Stone (2012) by Dana A — 04 May 2011
Long story short this was boring, lifeless and depressing. I constantly checked the runtime in hopes this film would somehow reach its conclusion so I could get on with my life. This is one of those films where no matter how talented an actor is if the writing is crap then the movie will be crap.
Don't get me wrong the acting was top-notch, even Millia Jovovich. Other then the acting, this was a complete train wreck and trying to retell them all will only make me relive the madness. This misguided film left too many questions unanswered, was incoherent and tried too hard.
It simply served no purpose in the film nor acting world.
