Review of Stone (2012) by Daniel D — 25 May 2011
Robert De Niro has lost his talent and picks roles only by one reason - role must make him look like a real stud. Here he has a role of respected father, husband and soon to retire civil servant who prays and goes to church.
(That's some macho shit right there!) Then he ends up in a bed with Milla Jovovich - while her husband, played (annoyingly) by Ed Norton is in a jail reading bible. Then De Niro goes to Norton and yells to him: "F*ck you, you motherf*cker!" while waving a gun to his face.
