Review of Stoker (2013) by Tiffany W — 30 Jun 2013
Stoker!
Whilst beautifully shot with every minimalistic detail shown with great insight stoker carrying a sardonic and saturnine aura makes it worth of your time. Skepticism meets you at every crossways with murder fervor and a shadow of doubt.and Carrying its gothic tone park chan wook has clearly shown how a movie can be shot with an urbane manner and definitely make you feel languorous. The one thing I adored about this movie is how it has been beautifully shot , the story may seem a bit gloom, but nevertheless by adding a little bit of poison in the suburbs was not a bad idea and I found it to be delightfully entertaining. The brim and imperious performances from its amazing trio and especially Mia after Alice was Ming boggling! the story will weave ,just like a spider's web delicate but powerful and entangle you and keep you guessing until its jaw dropping end! A must watch indeed.
