This is a great story at a great time. With many of Americans out of a job and struggling... sometimes fun is in your own backyard. Emmy award winning filmmaker Cyrus Sutton makes a great film about surfing in your backyard here.

.. entertaining for both surfers and non-surfers on what it's like to be stoked and broke. They take a surf trip in their backyard and surf San Diego's many breaks... skating by with handouts, camping off the road, and staying with friends along the way.

Some epic surf footage too... Ryan Burch shredding on pieces of foam, and Cyrus's smooth style make for a great flick. Also props to Cyrus... his movies always are entertaining but have a message as well.

.. a rarity in the many surf film archives that strictly just show footage with music. Two thumbs up.
