A great ghost story horror film that unfortunately got lost in the shuffle at it's time of release (came out the same time as 6th Sense and got unfairly dubbed the OTHER creepy kid sees ghost movie that year).
Honestly good scares, solid plot, and very well defined characters. All the actors play their parts (especially the little boy) with great commitment and it manages to be a very solid little movie. There's a few threads (like the other psychics club) that don't pan out but otherwise it's a great movie.
