Review of Stir Crazy (1980) by Gavin P — 09 Dec 2008
Great comedy! Gene Wilder's pretty much always great and Richard Pryor reminds me of Cheech in this! Heaps of funny 'freak outs' & dances, but it loses some of it's steam in the last half hour and turns into an escape from jail film, which still works well, but isn't necessarily funny.
I thgought it was funny seeing Craig T. Nelson as a prison guard, seeing as he was the prison warden in My Name Is Earl recently.
