Review of Stir Crazy (1980) by Angie L — 19 Apr 2009
A New York actor and playwright decide to head to the west coast to find some work. Along the way they get a job at a bank where they dress up as woodpeckers and when the bank is robbed by two guys wearing the woodpecker costumes, they are thrown into jail for 120 years.
Richard Pryor and Gene Wilder make a good comedy team and the movie tends to be amusing the whole way through.
