What starts as a movie with an outlandish premise (Cheech and Chong mistakenly arrive in Amsterdam to a Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton film festival and must take over the duties of film stars) turns into a series of awesome sketches, then ending with a half-hour performance of their stage show.
