Let me warn you, this is a tear-jerker, but it's a good movie featuring a good story that's well-acted. This is Jim Cromwell's first real starring role, and he makes the most of it. Miss Bujold, is as usual, excellent in her role.
Before you correct me, James Cromwell's role in "Babe," is considered a supporting role to the pig. This movie you only want to see once, so I say rent don't buy. Not for children, they'd find it boring.
