Review of Still Alice (2014) by Heidi G — 25 Feb 2015
While mainly unnerving and fully conventional in narration, this film still manages to capture attention on the medical issue of Alzheimer. It's due to the amazing performance of Julianne Moore that elevates the overall film's quality.
Julianne Moore proves here that she's one of the best actresses of her generation. However, I have my objections on Kristen Stewart's acting which I find totally mediocre, I suspect it's a matter of big studio decisions and management.
