Review of Still Alice (2014) by Timothy B — 18 May 2015
A powerful performance from Julianne Moore as a 50 year old struggling with Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease. While a great story and good performances from the other actors, it's Moore's performance that carries this film.
The confusion and heartbreak in her face at losing herself to this horrible disease shows why she deserved the Oscar.
