Review of Stigmata (2009) by Russell H — 09 Aug 2012
Not a terrible film. A bit different to your average posession movies, a good use of imagery and great set pieces, not a bad story line although flawed i'm sure. I liked the general atmosphere that was created, reminded me of The Crow.
The acting wasn't great and the ending was a slight anti-climax but it kept you engaged the whole way through and wanting to know what was going to happen next which is, for me, the most important aspect of a movie.
It's entertaining and interesting but nothing mindblowing.
