Review of Steve Jobs (2015) by Yash B — 18 Mar 2016
This movie blew me away. It has some of the best writing I've seen which is handled so well with the performances. Michael Fassbender portrays Jobs as flawed yet brilliant. The supporting work is also top notch, notable Kate Winslet.
I also would like to give props to the musical score of this movie which fit very well with its style and created a lot of intensity. I've always been fascinated by Steve Jobs and I feel like I learned even more from this film.
It's not really his life story but it is about his relationship with his daughter and all of the things going on in three major events of his life. I think it is could to know a little bit about Jobs before seeing this movie since it might come off as boring and confusing if you don't know anything about him beforehand.
But if you're like me, and are fascinated by Apple and the man himself, I would recommend this movie. I can't think of a single dull moment in this masterful biopic, I was truly interested and engaged from start to finish.
