Review of Steve Jobs (2015) by Steve C — 02 Jul 2016
Could have been a much better film. Had the script followed the recent book it would have been more entertaining and truthful. Watching Fassbender constantly raving at friends and employees and treating his girlfriend and child so poorly, may have had some fact based truths, but became boring with the extended periods of his ranting.
The products introductions and timing were not very factual in my estimation. I was living in Silicon Valley from 1981 onward, a very early adopter of the first Macintosh (1983) and all the models that followed.
He did much more than that in real life. Skip the movie and read the book.
