Review of Steve Jobs (2015) by Chris R — 09 Oct 2016
Steve Jobs is a captivating film that using unique techniques that ultimately help it feel like a fresh take on the biopic genre. Every peformance in this movie is Oscar worthy. If you have doubts about Seth Rogen, forget about it.
Danny Boyle directed the hell out of this film. He recognized that his signature style wasn't needed for something like this and I applaud him stepping out of his comfort zone. Aaron Sorkin's script is the star of this movie though.
I recommend this movie if you want to see a film that takes artistic chances with a genre that has been done to death.
