Review of Stereo (Tile 3B of a CAEE Educational Mosaic) (1969) by Luke S — 09 Jan 2009

It's difficult for me to score this one because it was made under circumstances that didn't really afford Cronenberg much leeway. Considering this disadvantage, I think he did a fine job. The concept is interesting, and while in general I felt that the actors performed well, some of the ideas are difficult to convey without the aid of dialogue.

Everything is explained in the voiceovers but not consistently supported by the visuals. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone except serious Cronenberg fans.
