I can ' t imagine how hard it is to fit into a family . I have never been put in that situation for I have always been loved by family but if I have ever been put in this situation - I only wish that I would have the strength that Julia Roberts ( Isabel ) has .
On the other side , you see the pain that another woman goes through . She is trying to deal with a divorce , raise two wonderful children and deal with a deadly disease . She has to come to the realization , also , that her husband as moved on and that his fiance might become the mother to her two children .
You can see where the pain that both of them goes through is difficult . They each have there heart break and tough times to go through and in the end , develop a bond that will never be breakable .
