Review of Stepfather 3 (1992) by Karl F — 19 Feb 2011
Came upon the laser disc for this film at a store once and I thought Robert Wightman was holding a bloody crystal ball at first. If the stepfather were psychic, he'd know beforehand which family to pick.
Wightman has been slammed countless times by fans of the earlier installment(s) and he wasn't THAT bad. However, he seemed to think he's a stud in this movie (the juggling two women part didn't help) and delivered his lines with expressions that were quite coy.
Perhaps viewers wanted to be scared instead of seduced.
