Review of Step Up All In (2014) by Jessica W — 04 Nov 2014
Saw this moving, thinking it was it's own thing. Not a sequel to revolution. I loved and enjoyed revolution. Might not had the greatest plot, but it was a nice one. Instead of dancing to win a contest, they danced to be heard and to stop their homes from being taken.
Plus the dancing for that was so much fun to watch since it was in different places. This movie however feels like they pooped on it. Dancing for this was contain in small areas and small dance movements.
The plot killed it for me as well. I love the couple in the other one, only so this movie could say "Yeah let's give some romance drama. She stuck her nose up at him and left for a tour" So they could stick another chick with him so he could have problems with.
"The Mob" was a great group, in this one. Nope, let's throw that off and make a new one. Plus the plot for this was just to easy to predict. They enter a dancing competition to get money.
I think this would have been a better movie if it wasn't a squeal to Revolution.
