I can't believe how much I enjoyed this film. Yes, every single plot point was predictable and exactly what was expected, yes the acting was very questionable, yes the script was weak, but Step Up: All In knows exactly what it is.
It doesn't try to be anything better than it can be, and considering that, it's pretty much the best film it can be. Most of the dance routines are great, and I sat through the whole thing with a smile.
It's hard not to.
