Review of Step Brothers (2008) by Noah C — 13 Apr 2013

I"m sorry. Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly are just too funny. Even if the script isn't. Really, this movie isn't that funny, except for little things that Will Ferrell And John C. do. They wear pirate hats.

Anyone else wearing pirate hats isn't funny. John C. and Will wearing pirate hats is, for some reason, funny. The fact that they play these characters so sincerly is just funny. That said, most things in the film don't work.

They both seem to be identical in personality. Literally, identical. They both live at their parents house, they both sleep walk, they both are teenagers in a grown man's body. The other characters are just stupid, besides one, the wife of Brennan's brother, who is incredibly funny.

So, see the movie if you wanna laugh a couple times. Don't expect more than that.
