Extreme skiing yes. It's telling you how extreme skiing started in the first place, in France, and then expanded to USA, and Canada, and Alaska.
But then they just in a flash from the old time to the new generation, it's confusing.
It's a very good movie if you want to see some dangerous steep slopes being skied in front of a camera !!
