Beautiful, but lacking in plot and failing to excite. I was constantly waiting for a big turning point, but Katsuhiro Otomo kept on restraining its potential until the end. By the way, he should work on those skills that make a story memorable, instead of grasping for far too obvious technical merits.
That's a pity.
