Yes, it has some very good animation.Yes, it has some great music.But no, it's not really captivating.Although quite a lot of explosions happen and there are lots of action scenes,I really didn't much care for the characters (The Scarlet O'Hara-girl was a joke).
It started to be promising with all those Industrial Revolution-allusions, but...it became more and more disappointing til the end,with only some few scenes which were quite uplifting (pun intended).
