Review of Steamboy (2004) by Samuel S — 05 Sep 2008
Though not quite as amazing as Otomo's first outing with Akira this film has a lot to offer. The story better supports the action than akira but unlike akira the big fights go on for a little to long.
Especially the final action scene which is over 30 minutes long. But I do want to mention that this is the best steampunk film I have ever scene. Everything is right out of someone imagination and it really pays off to see this film.
