Review of Stealing Beauty (2007) by Taguro I — 12 Nov 2008
The fact that this movie came from the same director as The Last Emperor and The Conformist makes this an unbearable prospect. If it had been directed by someone else, it might have been worth a damn, because it's not a bad film.
However, it is an artistic low point for a director who changed the fact of cinema.
