Review of Staying Alive (1983) by Richard Y — 06 Oct 2007
I'm being generous when I give this movie three stars. I guess I'm only giving it that rating because it's considered a classic.I just recently watched this movie again and it didn't really make a lot of sense to me.
A very weak storyline about a amateur dancer who rises to the top by using his charm on two women. The best part of this movie is when John Travolta tells his girlfriend that he is going out strutting and the cam then follows his arse wiggling to the Bee Gees song Staying Alive.
