Some what amusing. lots of parodies of popular 1970-1990's tv and movies (all of which are VERY obvious). this is a slap-stick heavy comedy and very dated due to his use of '92 technology and fads.
Interesting note: Tim Burton turned down directing this to work on Batman Returns.
