This was hilarious! loved every second! now for those who haven't watched the original tv series it'll be even more removed from that!
But if you've watched the original Starsky & Hutch like me (even tho' I'm not that old haha!) this is more like a spoof on the good ol' cop buddy dramas of that era! I generally don't like Ben Stiller's stuff but him with Owen in this made a great Starsky and Hutch and there was even a cameo from the original S & H :D :D which was cool!
Enjoy it simply for the fact that it's funny and not trying to emulate or surpass the original! It's nostalgic if anything and the director did well capturing the 70s feel for the film if a little over the top sometimes! watch enjoy rate! :D.
