Only marginally better than the horrid #2. A couple of good ideas are wasted in this straight-to-DVD trash. Casper Van Dien is utterly useless and further more the film raises the question, if you don't have the money to do it right, why do it half assed and at all? The original from Paul Verhoeven is a classic.
Why ruin it with these terrible, stupid and imagination free sequels..? Can you say "money"?! Well, at least the Blu-ray transfer was good. That's about it.
