Okay, perhaps I'm being a little generous with my rating of this, but I found it to be a somewhat entertaining diversion. No better or worse than anything you see on SciFi on a Saturday afternoon. Also, this sequel is comparable to Citizen Kane compared to the third in the trilogy.
