Review of Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Federation (2004) by Tero L — 04 Jan 2011
If this was a dish, it would be anindustrially prepared steak, overcooked to resemble rubber, void of seasoning and served with everything bland. There is no chemistry between the cast or with the audience, I felt like observing extras on a some larger film. It's like some horror-fan wrote a fanfic from bodysnatchers and somehow got the Starship Troopers license to it.
Skip this one and get the third, at least the story feels like an extension of the first(and it's Verhoeven).
