I didn't mind it. The low budget didn't bother me too much. Kelly Carlson running around in the nude, Resident Evil 4-like parasitic manifestations and classic action style? And all of this from a straight-to-DVD title? I'm in.
Still, obviously, not better than the original, but nothing usually is. The original isn't as good as the book, either, but I digress ....
