Great movie that runs deeper than it's intentionally over the top, campy style. All the pieces come together for this one in a perfect pseudo-propaganda piece. Based on a story from sci-fi master Heinlein, Verhoeven's directs a great cast, spot on special effects and great storytelling - justifiably a classic.
