Silly, but in a way that's the point. Good action, brilliantly bad acting, stupid quotes and of course the knife scene... Verhoeven knew what he was doing, good sci-fi and super violence. Definitely worth watching, with Tongue in cheek for maximum effect...
"they sucked his brains out...".
