It's very poor isn't it. Casper Van Dien reminds me of a more modern day Hayden Christensen. Used just for looks and sunny smile rather than any particular acting talent he possesses. For someone who had so many movies under his belt as Paul Verhoeven did at this time, to have such a limited and spacy cast doesn't do him any credit.
