Review of Starrbooty (2007) by Kevin C — 29 Jun 2008

I started watching this film knowing nothing more than the fact that it starred Rupaul. I was basically laughing from start to finish. This film was like a throwback to John Water's early work but on an even smaller budget.

D, er, X-list Cameos galore rang from Lady Bunny to various gay porn actors. The script and the performances are the highlight of this movie, while I felt some of the fight scenes were a bit tedious. All in all I loved this movie and have been forcing it upon my friends.
