A kind of different approach to the whole Sc-fi alien theme, that it slowly turns into a bit of a romantic story.

Jeff Bridges seems perfect as an alien set off course with his odd manners and how he talks and what not. Karen Allen is a woman starts with fear but then comes to accept him...just like all love stories no?

I don't think it's perfection by anymeans, but the movie got more interesting as the story moved along.
