Review of Stargate: The Ark of Truth (2008) by Sabine B — 16 Apr 2008

I'm a big Stargate fan, so I had to watch the movie. And from that perspective, it was great. Several plot lines were followed up on, I loved having Tomin come back to the good guys, and it was great seeing them all again.

BUT. Big But.

Amanda Tapping was all brains, no brawn. I LIKE it when she kicks ass.

And the special effects and the screen writing were not good enough for a a movie, although they would have been great for a TV show.

And still, I'm looking forward to the next movie. Because I'm a fan. And a sucker.
